There are certain words that are flagged, often around payments and paypal. These messages could be referred to customer service for them to check to make sure they are OK. If you are requiring this information in relation to the gig and that is very clear, I don’t think you will have any issue.

We are not allowed to share outside contact info such as paypal on Fiverr, so when your message has “paypal” in it, it automatically gets flagged.
