But unfortunately and another issues my previous account is banned.I have been completed 400+ projects in this time and working 16 hours in a day

Hello there. It’s unfortunate that you got banned, but this isn’t really a FAQ.

You could use the edit icon (pen) next to your topic title and move it to a more appropriate category, like Conversations if the aim of this post is to discuss your ban, or to My Fiverr Gigs if you want to advertise your services (only category where promo is allowed).

If your previous account was banned you need to ask permission from Customer Support to open a new account.
