Can someone help me about rating procedure in fiverr?

suppose someone order rated as 5 star and some are 4 star some are 3 star how fiverr rate altogether…?

Average.
if you have 10 five stars, and 10 four stars and 5 three stars, you would have a 4.2 average.
Here’s the math:
10x5 = 50
10x4 = 40
5x3 = 15
50+40+15 = 105
105/25 = 4.2
