How can I refund Extra offer

Hello, I provided an order for a buyer, while I did that he requested for an additional stuff. I then created a custom offer under the original order. The main order has been fulfilled meanwhile, we agreed to cancel the custom offer. How do I get to cancel it

If he never accepted the offer then you do not need to cancel it.

If he did accept it then he is out of luck. It cannot be cancelled.
