When we send a proposal for a job, what exactly happened?
I heard that the last person sent the buyer request will appear first in Buyer’s bid list. I can be sound stupid .

Is that logical ? I asked that question as because sometime we find lot of buyer requests already been sent. So, In that case what should we do ?
Sent the request or skip the job …
