Fiverr not getting order

I’m Fiverr new founders in trying for a month but no can sell gig, anybody, please help me

I took a quick look at your profile and one of your gigs. Improve your English, write better descriptions and profile intro, also do some marketing.
If I was to buy a gig related to your work, I’d skip yours immediately, because I believe you won’t understand my needs and we wouldn’t be able to communicate.
