Isn’t calling a proven good seller a scammer abuse?

There is also the small matter that as a rule, it is wise not to even mention the word ‘review’ in communications with CS. It would be good to have a button to report feedback like the report button. Then sellers could state why they feel a review breaches TOS, without risking any kind of crossed communication wires and getting a ban or warning.

I know they say 1 bad review gets canceled in each month

Does this review get removed or just cancelled though?

I have a buyer at present who rejected delivery immediately saying "Did you just spin an article! 50% of this is copied word for word from others sites!"

(It wasn’t and I re-delivered the article in question with a plagarizm report proving that my work was 100% unique.)

The thing is, buyers usually flip to being accusatory/aggressive like this when they are scammers intent on getting work FOC. In this case, I did a bit digging.

On their profile, they have several reviews left by sellers. However, when I look at the profiles of the sellers they have bought from, there is no review from the buyer as a buyer. All I have been able to assume so far is that either some sellers get to rate buyers without buyers first leaving feedback, or some sellers have a way of actually having reviews removed by CS.

If one negative review gets removed each month, this would explain what I am seeing. However, I thought that negative reviews just got discounted, not actually removed.

I found out after having one of those nightmare buyers and not wanting to cancel as it would affect my completion rate

they force us to do some unsavoury things all for the sake of being on the right side of their system

I would love to have cancelled the order as soon as I got it.

They need to take that sentence out of the TOS if that’s not accurate.

I think the TOS don’t really apply to buyers, might be wrong but the few cases I have spelt out why the buyers are in breach I am told they are looking into it and it gets left at that

they like to pretend they do but they only apply to serial offenders that aren’t bringing in cash

there must be a very high volume of problem buyers and sellers on this system that it all just gets lost in the noise, we are probably whining about something which is far worse for other sellers and makes using the TOS and CS system next to impossible to get a result.

I tolerated over two weeks of abuse from a buyer who was mad he didn’t get his money back immediately upon delivery.

I wonder if he never gave up if we would still be going back and forth constantly, him pushing the revisions or cancellation buttons and me refusing.
To the credit of customer support they did offer to let me have the earnings for the order if I cancelled it but I wanted him to pay for what he received.

I really would love a block feature even if I won’t need it often. I do appreciate that they’re trying to tweak their evaluation system, though.

I am having issues with a person who is mean trying me to take articles he hasn’t described and I sent a sample which is a red flag to me as I have a lot of 5 * ratings. Should I block him? He just won’t leave me alone.

If someone’s giving you a red flag, block them. It’s not worth the stress or potential bad review/cancellation.

Thanks I hate being mean but this guy is a jerk! Plus he’s been harassing me for a week so why hasn’t he went with a different buyer! Blocking now!
