You have to be chosen for that group. There is no other way to join.

Maybe it’s now closed to normal Fiverr members (or all). All except 2 (who are Fiverr staff) were added to the group in 2017 and no non-staff were added after that.

And at least one member is no longer on Fiverr (he was banned).
