If you are confident that you can take on the project, contact them to reach a deal.
You can send 10 requests per day.

In Buyer Dashboard, go to More/Buy Request

Theoretically they mean “reply to the buyers requests every day”.
There is also a variant: “send 10 buyer request daily”. No matter what.
In practice it’s a kind of ritual answer, often followed by one or more of these: “share social media”, “be patient”, “be active on forum”.
