FIverr Payment ISSUE

Hello Fiverr, I recently got 80$ cleared and I clicked on the payment
link you sent but this time neither I was asked to choose the load
option i-e Standard load or Immediate load nor the funds are reflected
in my Payoneer account… Please fix it when I reclick the payment
link I am redirected to Payoneer homepage
