Account Disabled. How to get it back

Hi there,
My fiverr account got 3 warnings in a month and got disabled. How can i get back my account? I got two warnings for submitting blank delivery which is actually not (i did the work and buyer accepted it) and 3 warning for the misleading profile. i don’t understand how it comes after a year (coz i didn’t change since a long ago)

Is there any way to get my account back. i completed 400 orders and 300 review on my account.
