How much fiverr charge from a buyer?

I know the seller charge. It’s 20% from seller. I want to buy in fiverr. But I’m not sure about fiverr charge as a buyer.

Could you help me ?

Fiverr says “As of May 2018, the current fees assessed to the total purchase amount are $2 on purchases up to $40 and 5% on purchases above $40”

If my Order</=$40 then it’ll $42 as a buyer. And if $100 then it’ll $105 as a buyer.

Is it right ?
