Are you asking if you can make a gig offering videos, or are you asking if you should make a video just for your buyer’s enjoyment? You can sell gigs offering promo videos. You really should not send unsolicited videos to your past or future buyers.

That probably isn’t a good idea, then. Buyers are here to do business and some would consider it spam if you just sent them tourist videos to show them a nice country or something.
