Buyer is not believing on me

Hi, i have a very big problem, i am working on a project, before the gig started the buyer agrred on that he will accept the first milestone so i can buy themes and plugins but now he said i can not do this, you can just run away with my money, what should i do now because i can not cancell the order this close to 15, my ratings and my level will drop, what should i do so the buyer can trust on me.

Ummm no, that’s not how it works. If they requested you spend your own personal money on plug-ins you should have never agreed to it and passed on the project.
