Swear Words for Music Video Animation

I recently got a request to do a music video with simple animated typography, for an Album of 11 songs. The songs consist of Swear words, and one of the buyers Messages were flagged by fiverr for using one of the TITLES of his songs in the message.

Is Asking for work like this or Doing Work in this nature against the Fiverr Terms of Service?
