Order by mistake (blank order)

yesterday I got an order where buyer said he place the order by mistake
now he want to cancel this order.
but if I will cancel this order my gig rating goes down
what can I do now? any suggestion

Is it incomplete order or he also submitted his requirements and you can see clock ticking on your order?

At first, Ask him/her what kind of service he/she looking for. And tried to give that service him/her. But if this is not working then cancel the order is the last solution. You can contact support also.

There is not much you can do other than cancel and then block the buyer to prevent him from ordering again. The cancellation will affect you in any case.

Why wait until you only have one hour left to deliver? You may end up with a one star review over this simply by not delivering nor cancelling in time.
