report a really really bad experience

Bad experience with a seller. Where do I report this? He literally put a scam site with a scam sitemap on my website. He keeps harassing me to talk to him. He insisted he could not finish the job or tell me what he wanted to do until I contacted him on WhatsApp. I don’t have WhatsApp so I set it up. He had already taken my money and did not do the job so I thought he would finish it. instead, he put the crap on my website and then harassed me to talk to him continuously.
this is really bad. Fiverr are you listening?
