No access to payoneer account

So I did not have a payoneer account before. I opened it while setting up my earnings in fiverr. Problem is that the password I gave for payoneer is not working. And when I try to reset my password both the number that they show (last digits) and the recovery email are not mine. What is happening? Why is my payoneer setup like this?
