How come my credit card purchase is disabled when I want another gig?

Hi, I am a new fiverr buyer and I prefer to use credit card system to purchase the gig i like.

However, when come to the order page (PayPal or Credit), I key in my credit card details and then it says my credit card is disable for another 24 hours. I do not understand…

Please advise on this.
