Clients not receiving Messages or Orders

Anyone else having issues with their clients not receiving anything!!! I’m getting really frustrated with this. I wrote a client yesterday to say I was working on their project and find out today the message never went through.

Last client, I sent their order 2 times and it never went through.

Client before, same thing. Sent their order repeatedly and it never sends

This has been going on for weeks. It’s unacceptable. I went to contact Fiverr and of course, there’s an error when I go to log in, so I wasn’t able to contact them either.

Yes, I had this problem but all the way around. My clients couldn’t send messages to me on the order page which was quite frustrating for them.
