My Order Completion rate Jump 100% to 91%....!

This is very annoying thing on fiverr first in my profile.

This is my first mutual canellation order with my buyer and i am shocked now because my
order completion rate is jump 100 to 91%…!

What is this???

Can any one help me.?

Every cancellation affects your cancellation rate. Whenever an order is cancelled, your 60-day cancellation rating will drop. It would appear that you have delivered very few orders lately, which means that one cancellation carries a 9% drop in your rating. The more orders you complete, the less a cancellation will hurt your rating.
