Level 2 benefits- Needs an explanation about the benefits

So I finally got the “2 Level Seller” (a month ago), And I was wondering what is the * Eligibility to be featured at promotional listings, and the * Eligibility for Customer Success program- Whare can I find those features, And how do I get the eligibility for them?

Having a circle badge with “Level 2” seems to be the only benefit. Apart from more gigs.
Level 2 quite honestly lowered my productivity and visibility slightly.
Still doing quite well but level 2 is a bit of a dud
