patrickdrew
This issue happened today to me - halfway during the day. In the morning no problems - I even ordered a gig - and then in the afternoon - I can’t see any videos!?!? What does fiverr say about this?? patrickdrew
This from support - and it worked…Thank you for getting in touch with us. Could you please make sure that your Adobe Flash is update to the latest, clear your browser cache/cookies and try another browser (preferably Google Chrome)? joujoudado17
I’m having the same problem right now. Doesn’t work in chrome, but it works in Internet Explorer. I can’t download flash for some reason 😦
funxion
Same here.Flash on Mac - says Chrome will update automatically, all gigs cannot be viewed they are a blank image, I do not even have the option to play a video and review the sellers.
merbear1990
Yeah my programs java/flash/etc are all updated versions. I’ve tried Opera, Chrome, IE and Firefox to no prevail. Deleted cookies/cache on all browsers. So I’m at a loss here too. They used to work a few months ago for me last time when I bought a video gig. But now I can’t even browse to shop for anymore gigs. It’s frustrating.
bosstone75
I was unable to view it through Safari, Chrome and Firefox on my Mac. I was able to view them on my iPad. Seems to be that their video format is not very flexible.

plions
I fixed my problem by disabling Adblocker for fiverr.comI’m not sure why the video’s stopped playing for me in Fiver in the first place but two days ago things were fine ,they were playing then the following day they didn’t play. I’ve had Adblocker for a while so I didn’t recall if any other changes were made to my computer, but I disabled it for Fiver.com and the video’s were again playing, hope this helps. Cheers.
