Cannot view any videos

we are running 5 computers in the house i cant see why its affected all of them. yes updated versions etc

I’m having the same issue.

Tried everything.

Updated Browsers (all)

Codec packs.

I still can’t view vids.

Solution please!

I am also having the same problem.



My system is Windows 7 64 bit.

Tried it on IE, Chrome, and Firefox, none worked out.

I have tested to see if flash i updated, it was.

I cleared cache, and it still doesn’t work.



Seems there is something on your end if a lot of people are having the same problem.

Can anyone help me? I cant see the videos on fiverr the screen is black, but I can hear the person talking i just cant see the video.

Yeah, I’ve had this issue for probably 6 months. It happens across all computers (windows 7, windows 8, os X 10.8.5) and across all browsers (chrome, FF, safari).

They’re “up to date”, so updating flash/java/quicktime/whatever isn’t the issue.
