How to request a quote when you are not sure of the right category

Hi - I was hoping for advice - I have a request for a group of live tutorial videos for in-app tools. No background music or dialogue - but I’m not sure what category/subcategory is best to advertise? Also, i want to have quotes sent to me as i have no idea of price - but i have to put a price on? Any help appreciated.

If you create a buyer request in the BR section I don’t think you have to put a budget even though there’s a field for it. If you do just put a rough idea for the price and you can say in the BR that it’s just a rough budget.
