Are you able to see in your earnings section that it is withdrawn successfully? If yes, then have you checked your spam section in your email? If yes, then contact customer support.

I withdrawed 20 $ to my bank account

We have the option to withdraw using PayPal or Payoneer only. Direct withdraw to bank account only available for US users. Which method you choose?

I use Payoneer and Yes, Payoneer send email if you get money and i am sure PayPal do the same.
