Fiverr TOS warning and uplift warning

I came to know that Fiverr uplift Warning after nearly 3 months. I got warning about 5 months ago. My question is Is there any way to confirm whether Fiverr have uplifted my warning. If I am counting from zero ?

All warning you receive are permanent and do not get removed from your account.
