Right. The custom offer is (in this case) the offer that you sent in reply to a buyer request.

If a buyer contacts you through the inbox you can send an offer with an expiration date. If you send an offer in reply to a buyer request you don’t have this option.

Do you even see a delivery button? It doesn’t sound like you should. If not, the countdown hasn’t started.

just go to contact us and you’ll be auto login there if you already logged into fiverr. so you can create a new ticket. choose category of the inquary and insert order number you can get from order page (eg, #FO********) and add your message and send!

eg means “for example”. You can open a ticket to ask a question (then wait up to 24-48 hours on average) but in your case for the moment I would suggest you let it go.

You just need to get to know the whole platform better by doing a lot of reading. The forum can help with basics but it doesn’t work well for volunteers to teach you each aspect of the site one spoon at a time.
