Unable to debit from my account (debit,credit card) paypal too

Here is the thing, right now if I tried purchasing using my visa or master card, the purchase won’t go through. Also checked out through PayPal account. it won’t help.

Kindly someone tell me how to purchase i have attached my images.

Your cards are not active for international usage, you have to contact your bank for that.
