Fiverr Response Rate Queries

Being a seller, Is there any problem if any seller asked me to give them a response as a buyer?

I mean I don’t want to give him any work, but I knock or contact him for keeping his/her response rate or time increasing
Do Fiverr track this? Or having any problem if I do that?

Its is clearly written in the Terms of Service not to send messages to other sellers to enhance ratings.
So please don’t do that again
