I Can't get orders for cancellation, what do i do?

So 2 mounts ago I had to refund a buyer thats why I had to cancel order, I got only 2 orders and I cancelled one of them. So that makes 50% of cancellation. Now People saying that I am not getting sells because of this. What can I do now?
