Cancelation of Order

Please someone help me to know that as if a buyer can start order on our gig without coversation and discussing and we will not be able to do that, even then if i cancel the order by mutual agreement too my order completion for levels will be effected.So how to overcome this please as if buyer doesnot start order without permission or discussion or how to cancel that order even our ratings doesnot effected?

I faced lots of such scenarios and unfortunately there is no solution for that. Buyer can directly order your gig without any discussion and that’s how fiverr works.
