As my knowledge, when buyer search over Fiverr and your gig appear in search. That your impression and when buyer click over you gig to see for more detail, that included into click.

When you search for a gig, once you open the search page all the gigs on the particular page will get one impression, if you refresh the same page then each gigs will get another impression.

When you clicks over any gig then that gig will get one click
