I am a regular buyer at Fiverr. Some of work revolves around building/Customization of the websites I use - for my personal blog or business

Is it OK to mention the URL of my website when I post a request? If you are wondering why, that is just to cut short the time, and to have the sellers come up with answers and proposals when they reply. I think this might be against the terms of service of Fiverr, but I wanted to be sure,

I think there will be no problem to show the site about your design issue that you want to solve and want to inform seller about your requirements. I have found many buyer request like this.
