the seller promised a tip for addition to the order.
will the seller still provided an option to rate my order and tip ?

Yes, they still have few days to rate your services and tip you after the order is autocomplete.
I might be wrong because timings changed over the time but I think now it’s 10 days (please correct me if I’m wrong)
