Modify custom offer to decrease the price for buyer? is it possible/

How do I modify a custom order to decrease the price if both the buyer and I have agreed to resolve it that way?

I can only see options to increase the price.

In case of cancellation, either from my end or his, I think my feedback and rating will be hurt.

Can anyone please enlighten?

There’s no option to decrease the price. Perhaps you can offer to do something more for the buyer?

I don’t know why the price was lowered after the buyer agreed to it but in general there shouldn’t be a price lowering after the buyer has accepted an offer.
