Verification email not working

Email verification is working since day one I applied for withdrawing my payments

1- On payment page I applied withdraw though fiverr revenue card

2- I received one time password after I put the password it says

“we will send you an email with further instructions”

3-When I press Ok, it says, something went wrong please try again.

It’s happening since last 2 weeks continuously and no one is trying to fix this bug in their system
