What are Logo design categories for

HI, i am new to fiverr and i see a lot of potential. i launched my gig a few days ago and it is going good,.
i noticed that i cannot create logo multiple logo design gigs that offer different logo types, like 3D and Flat,
fiverr denies a second logo design gig, even when i select a different sub category.

so any pros can tell me what the categories are for ? i can design both 3D and Flat logos, so ho do i put them both when selecting sub categories.
i cannot add them separately on different gigs, fiverr denies the gig.

any help will be appreciated. thanks
