My Video Keeps Getting Denied

I’m not sure why my video keeps getting denied because it is 100% done by me, it is the intro and outro to a montage I made a month or two ago and It fits under both categories of my work video editing and montage making because it is a cinematic that goes in a montage. I don’t see why it keeps getting denied so if anyone could help me out I would appreciate it.

A gig video can’t have any sort of contact information (that includes any usernames you might be using elsewhere), and, if I remember correctly, it shouldn’t be shorter than 30 seconds.
