Buyer request are not visible for new sellers or the one with no levels.

Yes they are - not many perhaps, but it depends on category etc. As levels increase then the number of BRs increase.

I am with no levels and they are not visible to me either. I don’t know the science behind it. I am only speaking from my own experience.

They are made available for no level sellers, however Fiverr only allows 10 no levels to respond to each Buyer Request, then is does not appear to no level sellers any longer. The same happens for level 1 and level 2 sellers, but fewer sellers from those levels apply so they appear longer for us.

It was posted on the Forum at one point. When I was a level 0, I noticed Buyer Requests would disappear in the middle of my writing an offer. That did not happen once I became a level 1.
