Is it possible to skip level 1 and jump straight to level 2?

I currently have all the requirements for level 2 reached. I just have order completion at 89% but by January it will increase.

Will that mean I will get to level 2 directly?

No - you’ve got to spend 60 days as a level 1 seller before being promoted to level 2, assuming all the other criteria are also fulfilled.
