Lip sync audio to video price

Hi all! I have never added lip sync to video before. I got an offer for a gig to do just that and am unsure what to charge and also how to do it. I am searching on you tube and looks like I can figure it out. I use Adobe Audition. Any comments or advice would be welcome.
