I wouldn’t take your eyes off Fiverr. I have always experienced more work on Fiverr through the holidays than I receive from local business. Many businesses are ramping up to start new launches in January.

You may be one of the few sellers paying attention in your category. 🙂

may be you are absolutely right. The main category is for logo creation for Christmas or New Year Eve.

It might be a good start of marketing their online store for Christmas shopping related stuff.

usually its getting less sales mid November to mid January. perfect time to get vacation and be with your loved ones !

December is slow for me as well.

I also blame it a little on COVID. A few of my regular clients have told me that they have shifted away from needing content for their websites (what I provide) to doing in-house website maintenance. It makes sense, if they are experiencing a drop in revenue, doing work themselves on their websites is far less costly than hiring me to write content.

It’ll turn around. It always does.
