Blocking Particular Buyers from Placing Orders

Hi,

I had a particularly bad experience with a buyer. He placed the order and I delivered. Due to some unpleasant experiences and unreasonable demands beyond the scope of the order, I had to cancel it, for fear of getting a bad review.

This got me thinking if there is any way I can block a buyer from placing an order. Need your help pls.

If you go the buyers profile there should be a button to block unless the buyer is also a seller from what I understand. I recently had to block a buyer for making unreasonable demands as well.

You can block the buyer in their profile.

Sorry for your experience. It happened something very similar to me, when someone bought a single gig (translation of 1,000 words) and expected me to translate a 8,500 word document!!!. You can go to their profile and block them.
