Do you have to contact customer support to change your Fiverr e-mail?

As I asked above, are you required to contact support to change your email or you can do that without contacting them?

No need. You can do it
Once logged in, click your username and then click Settings
change the email in your profile
Enter the verification code you receive, and then click Submit Code.
