Sure. Read the Fiverr TOS. Then, figure out what skills you have that other people need, and create gigs for those skills. We cannot tell you what to sell, because we do not know what skills you have.

Fiverr is not an easy-money website. This is a independent business environment. You are here to offer your skills to those who need them, and earn some income/revenue in return. Find a marketable skill that you possess, and that other people need, and then go from there.
