A question from a new Fiverr user

Hello everybody!
My name is Mersini and I am a new Fiverr user from Greece.
I just had my first potential client and his is asking for the price and how will I get paid. How can answer to this question. After all when I am trying to answer and write the word “Paypal” there is an automatic massage saying that we are not allowed to talk about payments.
What can be done?
