Is there any way to change a recommendation?

I hired a someone on Fiverr for Google Adwords work. He said he was a Google Certified Partner. He submitted the work, and I paid promptly and in ful - and it all looked good. So, I gave him a very good recommendation. Now, everyday, I am getting notices from Google telling me they are disapproving my ads.

Given his experience and credentials, he should have gotten this right the first time. I’d like to downgrade my recommendation - any way to do this?

I don’t think fiverr allows to change the feedback these days
