Buyers that communicate vs buyers that don't

God bless buyers that communicate with me and are extremelly clear. It’s so difficult to work with people without established rules or preferences, it makes everything a bit harder.

Majority of my clients so far have communicated with me before ordering and it makes it so much easier when the goal posts are already in place! I would hate to complete a piece of work which I spent hours perfecting only to be told I misunderstood the criteria. I’d rather spend an extra 30-60 minutes communicating/waiting for replies to clear it all up beforehand and finish the perfect article first time.



So yes - I certainly appreciate those that contact me beforehand to ensure a) I can supply the service and b) I understand the criteria.
