What happens if order is ##LATE## and THEN extended?

So I had an order that had 10minutes left yesterday and I sent a request for an extension as I was waiting for information etc. The order then turned to ##LATE## before he accepted my request to extend the delivery time, so I’m just wondering does that count as a late delivery on my stats, or will I be ok because my final delivery will still be within the final delivery window?
